During the public beta we do not keep evaluation copies of your photos.
Uploaded photos
Your uploaded photo is deleted as soon as processing ends, whether it succeeded or failed. If processing is interrupted or a task is cancelled, an automatic cleanup deletes any remaining upload within 24 hours.
Generated photos and print sheets
Results are kept for at most 23 hours so that you can preview and download them. A cleanup runs every 15 minutes, so every result is deleted within 24 hours.
Temporary diagnostic copies
Our processing systems may keep a temporary copy of the input photo, the generated photo, the print sheet and a short technical record of the outcome, so that we can investigate processing problems. These copies are deleted automatically within 24 hours. They are not removed by “Delete my data”, but they are never kept longer than 24 hours.
Task and order records
Task and order records contain no photos. They include the processing status, the options you chose, technical outcome codes and processing timestamps, and are kept for up to 7 days.
Backups
Our application backups do not include uploaded photos, generated photos or diagnostic copies.
Deleting your data early
Use “Delete my data” on the home page with your order number and token. It deletes your generated photos and your task and order records immediately. If something cannot be deleted at that moment, you will see an error, and you can try again with the same order number and token. You can also contact stringever@outlook.com.

公开测试期间，我们不会保留你照片的评估副本。
上传的照片
无论处理成功还是失败，处理结束后你上传的照片都会被删除。如果处理中断或任务被取消，自动清理会在 24 小时内删除剩余的上传文件。
生成的证件照和打印排版照
处理结果最多保留 23 小时，供你预览和下载。清理任务每 15 分钟运行一次，因此所有结果都会在 24 小时内删除。
临时诊断副本
为了排查处理问题，我们的处理系统可能会临时保留输入照片、生成的证件照、打印排版照以及一份简短的处理结果技术记录。这些副本会在 24 小时内自动删除。“删除我的数据”不会删除这些副本，但它们的保留时间绝不会超过 24 小时。
任务和订单记录
任务和订单记录不包含照片，内容包括处理状态、你选择的选项、技术结果代码和处理时间，最多保留 7 天。
备份
我们的应用备份不包含上传的照片、生成的照片或诊断副本。
提前删除
在首页使用“删除我的数据”，输入订单号和 Token，即可立即删除你生成的照片以及任务和订单记录。如果当时有内容无法删除，页面会显示错误，你可以使用相同的订单号和 Token 再试一次。你也可以联系 stringever@outlook.com。
