Free public beta
SmartIDPhoto is in a free public beta. Anyone can use it without an invitation, and no payment is requested or collected: checkout is not available during the beta.
The free public beta runs until 2026-10-24. Before any paid service starts, we will announce it on this page. You will never be charged automatically.
Acceptance
By using SmartIDPhoto you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Data Retention, Cookie Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
SmartIDPhoto processes the photo you upload according to the specification you select: it crops the photo and replaces its background.
Official requirements and acceptance
Replacing the background is a digital alteration of your photo. Official passport-photo rules, including those for US and Chinese passports, may prohibit digitally altered or edited photos. SmartIDPhoto is not affiliated with any government, passport office, visa office or other authority, and we do not guarantee that a photo produced by the service will be accepted. You are responsible for checking the result against the current official requirements of the authority you submit it to.
Your responsibilities
Only upload photos you have the right to use. Do not upload unlawful content, content that infringes the rights of others, or malicious files, and do not attack the service or circumvent its limits.
Availability
The service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, failures or security reasons, and requests may be limited to keep it available for everyone.

服务说明
SmartIDPhoto 按你选择的规格处理你上传的照片：裁剪照片并替换背景。
官方要求与照片接受
替换背景属于对照片的数字修改。官方证件照规定（包括美国护照和中国护照的规定）可能禁止使用经过数字修改或编辑的照片。SmartIDPhoto 与任何政府、护照机关、签证机关或其他机构均无关联，我们不保证本服务生成的照片会被接受。你有责任对照提交机构当前的官方要求核对处理结果。
你的责任
只上传你有权使用的照片。不得上传违法内容、侵犯他人权利的内容或恶意文件，不得攻击本服务或绕过其使用限制。
服务可用性
本服务可能因维护、故障或安全原因暂时不可用；为保证所有人都能使用，请求可能会受到频率限制。
