Free public beta
SmartIDPhoto is in a free public beta. No invitation and no payment are required, and we do not keep evaluation copies of your photos.
What we process
The photo you upload, the photo specification and options you choose, the processing status and result, and the order number and access token issued for your upload. You do not need an account. We do not record photo contents in our application logs.
To keep the service available and prevent abuse, we use your IP address to apply request limits (for example, how many photos can be uploaded per hour). Rate-limit counters keyed by IP address expire automatically, at the latest one hour after they are created. Our web server also records IP addresses in its access logs for security and troubleshooting.
How your photo is processed
Your photo is sent to processing systems operated by us, which detect the face, crop the image to the selected size and replace the background. We do not send your photo to any third party for processing.
We do not sell your photos, do not use them for advertising, and do not use them to train or fine-tune AI models.
How long we keep it
Uploaded photos, generated photos and print sheets are deleted automatically within 24 hours. Temporary diagnostic copies on our processing systems are deleted automatically within 24 hours as well. Task and order records, which contain no photos, are kept for up to 7 days. See the Data Retention page for details.
Service providers
Our hosting provider (DigitalOcean) runs this website and temporarily stores uploaded photos and results until they are deleted.
Emails you send to our support address are handled by our email provider.
Your choices and rights
You can delete your photos and records at any time with “Delete my data” on the home page, using your order number and token. For any other privacy request, contact stringever@outlook.com.
Changes
We will publish any change to this policy on this page with a new “last updated” date.

我们处理的信息
你上传的照片、你选择的证件照规格和选项、处理状态和结果，以及为本次上传生成的订单号和访问 Token。你无需注册账号。我们不会在应用日志中记录照片内容。
为了保证服务可用并防止滥用，我们会使用你的 IP 地址进行请求频率限制（例如每小时可上传的照片数量）。以 IP 地址为键的限流计数会自动过期，最迟在创建后一小时内删除。我们的 Web 服务器也会在访问日志中记录 IP 地址，用于安全和故障排查。
照片如何处理
你的照片会被发送到由我们运营的处理系统，用于识别人脸、按所选尺寸裁剪并替换背景。我们不会把你的照片发送给任何第三方进行处理。
我们不出售你的照片，不将其用于广告，也不将其用于训练或微调 AI 模型。
保留期限
上传的照片、生成的证件照和打印排版照会在 24 小时内自动删除。我们处理系统上的临时诊断副本同样会在 24 小时内自动删除。任务和订单记录不包含照片，最多保留 7 天。详情请见数据保留说明。
服务提供商
我们的托管服务商（DigitalOcean）运行本网站，并在照片和结果被删除之前临时存储它们。

你的选择和权利
